Scope of Work

We provide finish grading for residential and small commercial projects so lots drain properly and meet closing and inspection requirements. Final grades are built to match plan notes and builder standards.

We prioritize punch lists and closings to keep projects moving.

Finish grading around homes and driveways

Fine-tuning swales and drainage paths

Touch-up of pads and yards after utilities and trades are finished

Minor washout and rut repair

Highlands, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, DeSoto, Hardee, Polk and Martin.

Typical Timelines

Final grades are typically scheduled late in the job. Most can be completed within a single working day per lot, depending on lot size and conditions.

We understand builder punch lists and aim to complete grades so walks and closings stay on schedule.

Our Process

Review site plan, drainage arrows and any builder-specific standards

Walk the lot and note low spots, ruts and washouts

Import or move material as needed to achieve proper slopes

Grade around structures, drives and walkways

Smooth surfaces for sod or seed as requested
